继电保护系统最优检修周期的优化算法 被引量:16

摘要 预防性定期检修,可提高保护系统可靠性,但在检修时冗余度降低。以继电保护系统可靠性和/或经济成本可靠性为目标,考虑状态概率的等式约束和转移率变量的不等式约束,新提出一种优化算法,计算最优定期检修和自检间隔时间,量化故障率、自检成功率、可接受经济成本等对最优检修周期的影响。相对现有连续算法,优化算法计算效率较高,且可以对多个变量同时寻优。以典型保护系统状态空间为例,通过与现有算法计算结果的比较,验证了优化算法的正确性。 Preventive regular maintenance of protection systems helps to improve the reliability, while their redundancy during inspection is decreased. In this paper, the reliability and/or economic cost are set as optimization object. The state probability and the transition rates are taken as equivalent and non-equivalent constraints. Thus a new optimization method is proposed to calculate the optimal regular maintenance periods and self-check interval. The influence of the failure rate, the successful rate of the self-check, and the acceptable economic maintenance cost on the optimal maintenance periods is quantified. Compared with the existing continual computation method, the proposed algorithm is more efficient, and can find the optimal solution with multiple variables. The proposed model is illustrated by the typical state space of the protection systems. The numerical results show the correctness of the optimal algorithm by comparing with that from the existing methods.
