摘要
以铁路列车用大型铝合金型材为应用背景,运用铸造-挤压法以及微合金化技术制备了与之配用的ER5356铝合金焊丝。利用OM、TEM、SEM-EDS和TG-DTA等手段,重点研究了微合金化和均匀化后焊丝合金的微观组织及性能。结果表明,添加Cr、Mn、Ti、B等微量合金元素后,晶粒细小,合金强度得到提高;经480℃24 h均匀化处理后,组织得到改善,合金中枝晶偏析基本消除,非平衡凝固形成的多相组织基本上转变成均匀化组织。焊接工艺性试验表明,该焊丝满足自动化M IG使用要求,焊缝性能良好。
The large-type aluminum alloy profile are using widely for railway carriage recently,the ER5356 aluminum alloy welding wire to be used for carriage welding has been prepared by casting-extrusion method and micro-alloying technology.Microstructures and properties of micro-alloying and homogenized welding alloy have been investigated by OM,TEM,SEM-EDS and TG-DTA.The results show that fine grains and high strength were obtained by adding trace amount of alloy elements,such as Cr,Mn,B and Ti.Dendrite segregation was eliminated by 24 h homogenization at 480℃,the multiphase which formed after non-equilibrium solidification changed into homogenized structure.The welding test indicates that this kind of welding wire can meet the Automation Metal-Inert Gas Welding requirements and possesses excellent properties of weld joint.
