摘要
本文报道了一种较低温度下合成单一相Bi12SiO20粉体的新方法。以Bi2O3和SiO2为原料,KCl-K2CO3为熔剂,采用熔盐法于635℃合成了Bi12SiO20粉体。XRD分析表明该粉体为单一相Bi12SiO20,SEM分析显示冷却速率对合成Bi12SiO20粉体的尺寸及形貌有重要影响;此外,合成粉体的尺寸随着盐含量的增加而增大,且粉体团聚现象明显减弱。
A novel process for synthesizing Bi12SiO20 powders at lower temperature was presented in this paper.Pure Bi12SiO20 powders was successfully prepared by a molten salt method using Bi2O3 and SiO2 as raw materials and KCl-K2CO3 as flux at 635 ℃.XRD patterns revealed that single phase Bi12SiO20 powders could be successfully synthesized.SEM photographs showed that the cooling rate has significant effects on the size and morphology of the particles.In addition,with the increase of the molten salt content,the grain size increased and the agglomeration of the Bi12SiO20 powders decreased apparently.
