摘要
哌拉西林和舒巴坦联合的复方制剂中的2种组分,在药代动力学上具有很好的同步性,抗菌谱上有协同作用,并且舒巴坦特有的对鲍曼不动杆菌的活性,使哌拉西林/舒巴坦在治疗院内感染方面具有独特的优势。舒巴坦的制备成本低于他唑巴坦,临床应用更经济。
The two constituents of piperacillin sulbactam combination praperation have the same pharmacokinetic properties.There was regain the antibiotic activity of pipperacillin and sulbactam.However,the intrinsic activity of sulbactam against Acinetobacter spp.Furthermore,the cost to prepare sulbactam is lower than that of tazobactam.Using piperacillin-sulbactam is more economical than piperacillin-tazobactam in clinical treatment from the point of view of cost saving.
