摘要
目的观察探讨动力髓螺钉DHS,股骨近端髓内钉PFN,双极人工股骨头置换术在治疗股骨粗隆间骨折治疗中的应用和疗效。方法选择笔者所在医院2007年3月～2011年3月76例股骨粗隆间骨折患者,根据其骨折部位及特点,分别采用DHS,PFN内固定及人工股骨头置换进行治疗,其中DHS治疗28例,PFN治疗37例,人工股骨头置换(BHR)11例。结果 76例获得随访,时间为3～16个月,平均5.5个月,结果随访优良率分别为89.5%、91.3%、90.9%。结论各种固定有其自身特点,以上三种方法对治疗股骨粗隆间骨折均有其适应证,关键是选择合适的病例,即个性化治疗。
Objective To observe and discuss the DHS,PFN,BHR application and its effect of the instable femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods Retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of 76 cases of patients with intertrochanteric fractures from March 2007 to March 2011 who were treated with DHS,PFN and BHR.There were 28 cases in DHS group,37 cases in PFN group and 11 cases in BHR group.Results With the 3-16（5.5）months follow up after the operation,the excellent and good rate of DHS group was 89.5%,thee xcellent and good rate of PFN group was 91.3%,thee xcellent and good rate of BHR group was 90.9%.Conclusion Every group has own benefit.During above three methods to treat the thighbone thick prosperous bone fracture to have its indication,the key are choice appropriate case of illness,namely personalized treatment.
