魏荆输油管道汉江跨越管桥桥墩基础加固

Tower Base Reinforcement of Pipeline Bridge Crossing over Hanjiang River in Wei-Jing Oil Pipeline Project

摘要 魏荆输油管道汉江跨越管桥桥墩基础在例行检查中发现较多较宽的裂缝,裂缝的存在不但直接降低桥墩的承载能力,加速钢筋锈蚀和混凝土风化,而且还会削弱墩身结构的整体性,甚至有结构崩解的潜在危险。文章分析了裂缝情况及其产生的原因,根据专家组意见,提出了隐患整治方案,对桥墩基础采取了一系列补强加固措施,包括:封闭裂缝、压力灌注环氧树脂胶、粘贴钢板、粘贴碳纤维布、墩顶造坡改善排水条件以及表面防护处理。综合采用以上措施处理后,桥墩基础加固补强效果良好。 In a routine inspection, there were many wide cracks found on the tower base of the pipe bridge over Hanjiang River in Wei-Jing oil pipeline project. These cracks not only reduce the bearing capacity of the base and speed up steel corrosion and concrete weathering, but also weaken structure integrity, and even cause a potential crisis of collapsing. This paper analyzes the state and occurrence reason of the cracks, according to the suggestion from the expert consultation meeting on safety of tower base of the pipeline bridge over Hanjiang River in Wei-Jjing oil pipeline project, puts forward treatment measures to reinforce the tower base, which include enclosing cracks, pressure injection with epoxy resin glue, affixing steel plates and carbon fiber cloth, making sloping base top to facilitate drainage and adopting surface protection treatment. The base has effectively been reinforced after those measures were token.
