摘要
针对安徽省铜陵市某发电厂脱硫技术改造工程的实际困难,采取分方位研究的方式。根据现场4个方位的不同环境,研究决定基础北侧采取正常放坡施工;西侧先挖到接近基础底面标高后,再按应力扩散范围以大于30°角的放坡坡度向下开挖至设计持力层;南侧采取钢筒护壁、挖孔换填的技术对施工空间狭小的南侧进行地基处理;东侧以简易土钉墙支护方式进行坑壁支护来开挖基坑。最后,施工质量表明,技术研究效果明显解决了施工环境差、资金少、工期受限等难题。
Combining with the complex situation of the modification works to LIFAC of one power plant in tongling city of anhui province,author studies out the technical proposal which contains that normal construction on the north side of the basic,and excavating near bottom of foundation firstly,going on according to stress dispersion angle(30°) on the western side of the basic,and taking the method of steel cylinder for breast wall to exchange-filling in the south,and using the simple soil nailing wall to protect the side slope for excavation of foundation pit.In the end,construction quality shows that the effect of technical study is obvious,and solves the difficult problem.
