在阐述受试者权益法律属性的同时,全面介绍受试者应享有的生命健康权、知情权、同意权、隐私权等,以期提高研究者的法律意识,使受试者的权益得到切实保障。
To explain the legal rights and interests of subjects and comprehensively introduce all kinds of rights and interests that the subjects should be enjoy life and health,right to information,consent,privacy,etc.These can enhance the legal awareness of researchers and effectively protect the subjects of rights and interests.
