摘要
医院考勤汇总统计是医院为员工计发薪酬及各种福利的一项重要依据,同时也是员工职称、职务晋升、年度评优考核等工作的主要参考信息。本文笔者从多年的工作经验和体会出发,分析了使用Excel准确快捷地获取考勤汇总信息的方式、方法,探索在网络环境下进行考勤信息管理的优势,讨论了医院考勤信息化发展的新方向。
The statistic result of staff attendance is the important basis of hospital finance department in decision of salary,reward and various allowances,also it is the reference of employees＇ annual assessment,professional title and post promotion.The paper starts from writer＇s work experience and experience,analysing the use of Excel worktable for hospital attendance management,exploring the superiority of attendance management with network and disscussing the new development direction of hospital attendance management
