摘要
目的探讨主动脉夹层患者长途转运的实施方法和注意事项,以提高转运成功率。方法对16例主动脉夹层患者长途转运的实施过程进行回顾性分析。结果 16例患者中15例(93.7%)安全转运至目的地,死亡1例(6.3%)。结论主动脉夹层患者的长途转运风险大,技术难度大,训练有素的医务人员,全程严密监护,正确处理险情,可把转运中对患者的危险减到最低限度。
Objective To investigate the long-distance transport of patients with aortic dissection implementation methods and precautions to improve the success rate of transfer.Methods 16 patients with aortic dissection in patients with long-distance transport of the implementation process were analyzed retrospectively.Results 16 patients,15 patients（93.7%） exported to the destination safe,1 patient died（6.3%）.Conclusion Aortic dissection in patients with long-distance transport risks,technical difficulties,well-trained medical staff,full intensive care,correctly handle dangerous situations,can transfer the patient to minimize the risk.
