摘要
大学分析化学实验"胃舒平中Al2O3含量的测定"的设计方案主要包括络合滴定中的返滴定法、酸碱滴定法和置换滴定法.用这3种设计方案对胃舒平中Al2O3的含量进行了测定,通过F检验法和t检验法将3个实验方案的实验结果与国家标准方法进行了精密度和准确度的比较,发现络合滴定中的返滴定法和置换滴定法与药典法不存在显著性差异,而酸碱滴定法则与药典法存在显著性差异.最后,分析了酸碱滴定法存在系统误差的原因.
The analytical chemistry experiment of ＂Determination of Aluminium Oxide Content in Compound Aluminium Hydroxide Tablets＂ belongs to the design experiment.The main design schemes by students include EDTA back titration,replacement titration and acid-base titration.In this work,the results determined by the above three methods were tested by F-test and t-test compared to the national standard method.It was found that there was no significant difference between the EDTA back titration or replacement titration methods and the national standard method,while,the acid-base titration method had significant difference with the national standard method,of which the reasons were analyzed.This paper has important reference value for analytical chemistry experiment.
