摘要
阐述了固相萃取的基本原理、分离模式及其操作程序,并结合现有的皮革和毛皮相关检测标准、科研文献,介绍了固相萃取技术在皮革和毛皮检测前处理中的应用。
The basic principles,separation mode and operating procedures of solid phase extraction were described.According to the existing test standards and research literature of leather and fur,solid phase extraction technology and its application in pre-treatment of leather and fur test were also mentioned.
