摘要
针对小浪底—西霞院梯级电站短期调峰调度亟待解决的问题,基于小浪底水力发电厂实际运行情况,制定了两库联合调度优化运行方案并进行了计算和分析,同时采用两电站梯级水库联合优化调度系统软件验证了优化方案的可行性,提出了在电网谷段充分利用西霞院水库的反调节库容以降低小浪底的日均出库流量和耗水率以提高两库峰谷比的运行方式。
Aiming at the urgent problem of short-term peak shaving scheduling of Xiaolangdi Xixiayuan Cascade Hydropower Station, based on the practical operation of Xiaolangdi Hydropower Station, it formulates the joint optimal scheduling of two reservoirs. And then the feasibility of the optimal scheduling is verified with joint optimal operation software of cascade hydropower stations. Finally, it draws a conclusion that the daily outflow of Xiaolangdi Reservoir and water consumption rate can be reduced by takes full advantage of Xixiayuan counter regulation reservoir capacity during the period of valley interval in power grid; and it improves two reservoirs operation mode of peak-to valley ratio.
