摘要
为了实现在概念设计阶段优化设计车身复杂梁截面厚度,建立了梁截面几何属性和PSO优化算法,并基于UG/OPEN平台开发了梁截面设计和梁截面厚度优化模块,实现了多约束条件下车身梁截面厚度的优化设计。针对某一具体车型进行了概念车身梁截面厚度优化设计,使优化目标车身质量实现了轻量化,同时改善了模型弯曲刚度和扭转刚度。
For optimizing thickness of vehicle body complicated beam sections in concept design phase,algorithms for determining geometric properties and PSO are established,and modules for designing section and optimizing section thickness are developed based on UG/OPEN,through which section thickness optimization is implemented under multi-constraints.Beam section thickness of the concept body is optimized for a specific vehicle model,which achieves lightweight further,and improves simultaneously model bending and torsion stiffness.
