摘要
为了测定煤岩试样的冲击能量指数KE,在没有电液伺服试验机和刚性试验机的条件下,开发了卸压加载方法并利用该方法设计了一套实验装置。利用该实验装置对通化矿务局煤矿现场所取煤样进行冲击能量指数KE的测定,得出了一定的数据并绘制出应力–应变全程曲线,验证了卸压加载方法的可行性。结合其他方法测出的弹性能量指数、动态破坏时间及单轴抗压强度,可以判断相关矿井能否发生冲击地压灾害。
In order to measure the bursting energy index KE of coalrock samples,the method of unloading and loading was exploited and an experimental unit was designed based on it without loop electric-hydraulic servo-controlled fatigue testing machine and stiffness test machine.With this device,the bursting energy index KE of samples collected from a coal mine of Tonghua Mining Administration was measured.The stress and strain curve was drawn according to experimental data,and it demonstrated the feasibility of the method of unloading and loading.In combination with elastic energy index WET,dynamic fracture duration DT and uniaxial compressive strength Rc,the rock burst of related mine would be judged.
