Research on the relational embeddedness of university-industry cooperation: a knowledge transfer perspective

摘要尝试通过将产学间的关系互动表征为信任和信息共享,并引入显性和隐性知识转移作中介变量,深入剖析关系嵌入影响产学间知识转移进而影响产学合作绩效的作用机制。通过结构方程模型对研究假设的大样本数据检验,发现由于信任成本存在导致信任对显性和隐性知识转移的作用效果有差异,进而主张需要根据产学间知识活动的特征来灵活选择合适的信任水平;同时还主张在以隐性知识转移为主要目标的产学合作中,在成本可控范围内,应将现有企业的信息共享模式从单纯的信息获取升级为信息交互与参与,从而尽可能降低"挤占效应",促进产学共同行动中的隐性知识转移。 In an attempt to deeply analyze the mechanism of how relation embeddedness influences the industry - university cooperation performance by influencing the knowledge transfer between the industry and the university, this paper characterizes the industry - uni- versity interaction as trust and information sharing and introduces explicit and tacit knowledge transfer as an intermediary variable. After verifying the research hypothesis with a large sample data and structural equation modeL, the paper discovers that the existence of trust cost can lead to different effects of trust on explicit and tacit knowledge transfer. Therefore, this paper maintains that the trust level should be determined flexibly according to the features of knowledge activities. The paper also indicates that the industry - university cooperation, which features tacit knowledge transfer, should update the current enterprises＇ information sharing model from pure information acquisition to information interaction and participation, in order to reduce the ＇ crowding - out effect＇ and promote the tacit knowledge transfer in industry -university collaboration.
