摘要
慢性病是现今全世界及我国居民致死、致残的首位原因,以社区为基础开展的慢性病防控工作已得到全世界的认可和推广,我国也对此投入了大量资源,但受不完善的体系、策略、观念的影响,实际工作效果并不十分理想。鉴于此,文章试图从防控主体角度出发,提出社区慢性病防控工作中存在的问题,并提出相应策略,以此为后续的工作提供借鉴和参考。
Chronic diseases are the primary cause of death and disability in China and in the world. The mode of community-based preventing and controlling chronic diseases has been worldwide popularized. China has input great resources ,but the result is unsatisfactory,which was influenced by imperfect system, strategies and ideas. Some problems were studied in view of its main part. Based on which, some strategies were put forward to provide references for further development.
