摘要
从建设高水平公共研究平台对提升学校的办学水平的重要作用出发,提出了平台建设中应注意的问题,并介绍了清华大学在平台规划与管理方面的探索与实践,希望能对以后的工作有所借鉴。
Starting from discussion on the importance of the construction of high level open-access research platform to the development of a university,the paper enumerates crucial problems that should be proposed in platform construction,introduces practices of Tsinghua University in platform planning and management,and gives some suggestions on platform construction management for references.
