摘要
针对半导体封装测试生产线生产规划目前主要由手工操作、数据共享不及时以及工作效率低下等问题,分析了半导体封装测试生产线的任务规划流程及其特点,采用Microsoft.NET平台,并用SQL SEVER数据库与其进行无缝连接,以目前最先进的面向对象方法,并通过调研成一家半导体封装测试生产厂的实际生产情况,在该调研基础上开发的一个生产规划的辅助平台,用以指导实际生产,提高生产效率,最终,通过在该厂的应用效果表明,该平台确实有效解决了提出的问题。
With regard to some main issues available right now such as manual operation,no data sharing in time and low efficiency in production planning of semiconductor assembly and test production line,a task planning flow and features of semiconductor assembly and test production line are analyzed.By adopting Microsoft.NET platform with SQL SERVER database to conduct the seamless connection,an aided platform for production planning is developed with the help of most advanced object-oriented methods through investigating actual production conditions of a semiconductor assembly and test factory,which is applied in guiding the actual production and improving productivity.Finally,actual application result in this factory shows that the platform efficiently solve issues mentioned in it.
