摘要
自动扶梯桁架是自动扶梯内部结构的安装基础,多采用角钢、槽钢等型材以焊接的方式进行拼装,其焊接的变形量至关重要.为控制和消除变形,对产生焊接变形的原因进行分析;并从构件设计、制造工艺、焊接工艺等方面探讨了对焊接变形的控制措施;同时对不可避免产生的变形,给予必要的矫正,以期符合自动扶梯桁架的技术与质量要求.
The escalator truss,which is generally welded by such sections as angle irons and U-shape steels,is used as the installation basis for internal structure.Due to the criticality of welding deformation values,the causes of welding deformation should be analyzed to control and eliminate the deformation.Accordingly,the control metrics for welding deformation can be tackled using component design and manufacturing and welding processes.Meanwhile,the unavoidable deformation should be rectified to meet the quality technological demands on escalator truss.
