摘要
采用"任务驱动式"项目教学法,是我国高等职业教育教学改革的重要方向和目标。在加强"双师型"教师队伍建设、教师知识更新贮备的基础上,高职教育教学改革要以学生将来从事的职业岗位(群)的工作作为教学改革的主要依据,以技能培养为重点,综合运用探究教学、任务驱动教学和案例教学的特点,设计具有职业性、独立性、针对性、创新性的项目教学内容,把学生的学习训练有效地融入技术(能力)任务完成的过程中,着眼于学生职业能力培养,以期提高学生解决实际问题的能力。
The 'task-driven' project pedagogy is an important direction and goal in the teaching reform of higher vocational education.Based on the strengthening of double teachers team-building and the updated reserve of teacher's knowledge,the reform of vocational education,in terms of students' work to engage in the future in professional positions(group) and emphasis on the skills development of students,should design a professional,independent,focused and innovative projects teaching content,by comprehensively using the characteristics of inquiry teaching,task-driven teaching and case teaching,such that the studying and training of students can be put effectively into the process of technical(capability) task to completely focus on the professional ability of students,and the ability to solve practical problems can be improved.
