摘要
目的探讨血液透析医院感染管理的细节问题,有效预防控制医院感染的发生。方法对照检查标准,实地查看省内二、三级及民营医院共43所。结果在风险意识、建筑布局及人员配备、正确处理成本控制与医疗安全的关系、无菌技术、消毒隔离、水处理维护、监测等细节管理方面存在不足。结论医护人员较高的风险意识、良好的慎独精神,注重细节管理,质量持续改进等是预防血液净化医院感染发生的关键。
OBJECTIVE To explore the detailed problems of infection controlling during blood dialysis,and to prevent and control infections effectively.METHODS In accordance with the standards,totally 43 hospitals in Jiangsu province were checked,consisting of level 2,level 3 or private ones.RESULTS Deficiencies existed on detailed aspects,including risk awareness,structures of building constructions and human-resource staffing,corrective handling on the relationship between cost control and medical safety,aseptic technique,disinfection and isolation,maintaining and monitoring on water quality.CONCLUSION Aiming at preventing and controlling the infections during blood purification,it′s essential for health care staff to cultivate qualities such as mean awareness on risks,spirit of cautiousness,and attentions on management of details.
