磁力传动技术在脱硫侧进式搅拌器上的应用 被引量:8

摘要 针对某600MW机组火电厂石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫少数侧进式搅拌器机械密封频繁泄漏的问题,采用磁力传动技术解决这一问题。介绍了磁力传动装置的工作原理和组成结构,阐述了影响磁力传动的几个主要因素,包括:磁路形式、磁转子长径比、磁路工作间隙、导磁体厚度等,在此基础上给出了大扭矩永磁传动器的设计思路和磁扭矩的计算方法;创造性地将大扭矩磁力传动技术应用在了600MW机组火电厂湿法脱硫侧进式搅拌器上,通过采用硬质合金、润滑水冲洗等措施,延长了滑动轴承的寿命。为有效解决振动大、腐蚀严重等恶劣工况下脱硫侧进式搅拌器机械密封频繁泄漏的问题,进行了有益的探索;将磁力传动搅拌器与机械传动搅拌器的特点、结构、运行维护成本进了对比。 In order to emilinate the mechanical seal leakage of side entering agitator for limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization (FGD) in some 600MW unit power plant, the magnetic drive technology was used to solve this problem. The working principle and composition structure of magnetic drive device was introduced, several major factors were described affecting the magnetic drive including the form of magnetic circuit, aspect ratio of magnetic rotor, magnetic working air gap, thickness of magnetic conductor, etc. On this basis, the design ideas of high-torque permanent magnet driver and the methods of magnetic torque calculating were given. By the use of cemented carbide, washing water and other measures the life of sliding bearing is extended. Magnetic drive device is probed to bean effective solution and helpful exploration to the mechanical seal leakage problem of the desulfurization side ent^dflg agitator, especially in the large vibration, serious corrosion and other harsh conditions. Finally, comparisons were summarized in the characteristics, structure, operation and maintenance costs between the mechanical and magnetic drive agitators.
