摘要
结合目前国内医学工程相关专业的教育现状以及医院医学工程科的实际人员情况,分析了医学工程技术人员的来源,并根据其知识结构,按照职能不同,提出了医学工程技术人员的分级划分标准,对建立和管理一支高水平、多层次的医学工程技术队伍提出了建议和设想。
The resource of medical engineering technicians is analyzed by introducing education status of current domestic medical engineering and actually personnel conduction of medical engineering department in hospital.The classification standard of medical engineering technicians is put forward according to different functions based on discipline structure.The proposal and notion about constructing and managing an excellent team of medical engineering technicians are proposed.
