摘要
针对某带钢厂精轧区PLC控制系统由于处在强电电路和强电设备产生的各种干扰中而存在网线连接困难、影响设备启动等问题,分析了干扰产生的原因,提出了相应的抗干扰措施。应用结果表明,采取的抗干扰措施具有一定的效果。
In view of problems of difficult connection of net wire and influence on start-up of devices because PLC control system of finishing area of one strip mill is in interferences produced by heavy-current circuits and devices,the paper analyzed interference cause and proposed corresponding anti-interference measures.The actual application result showed that the anti-interference measures have certain effect.
