摘要
介绍了微悬浮体系在天然有色动物纤维漂白工艺中的应用,比较了采用传统工艺与微悬浮体工艺对有色纤维进行漂白后,纤维的白度、强力、碱溶解度及后续染色性能等指标。研究结果表明,在天然有色动物纤维的漂白工序中加入微悬浮体化助剂,可保护纤维并减小纤维的损伤,提高纤维白度,改善该类纺织品的质量品质,更有利于提高纤维的后续纺纱性能和服用性能。
The application of micro-suspended system in bleaching process of natural pigmented animal fiber was introduced.It compared with the whiteness,strength,solubility in alkali and subsequent dyeing porperty of the bleaching fiber by traditional process and micro-suspended bleaching process respectively.The research results showed that the micro-suspended bleaching technology can protect fiber from damage,improve the whiteness and quality of the textile,more conductive to improve the spinnability and follow-up use propertise.
