摘要
以十四酸、四甲基乙二胺为主要原料,制备了二聚甜菜碱型表面活性剂双[亚甲基二甲基(十二烷基羧酸钠基次甲基)]溴化铵(BQS-14),用红外光谱和元素分析对产物结构进行了分析表征,并测试了其表面性能。结果表明,BQS-14的临界胶束浓度(cmc)为0.30 mmol.L-1,临界胶束浓度下的表面张力(γcmc)为36.9 mN.m-1;BQS-14与十二烷基磺酸钠复配产生了协同作用,当物质的量比为1∶2时,cmc降为0.12 mmol.L-1,γcmc为31.0 mN.m-1;BQS-14还具有较好的稳泡性能。
A kind of dimerized alkylbetaine type gemini surfactant, bis - [ methylene dimethyl (dodecyl sodium carboxylate' methylidene )] ammonium bromide (BQS -14 ) was synthesized by using myristic acid and tetlamethylethylenediamine as main starting materials. The structure of the product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The surface activities of the products were measured. The results showed that the critical micelle concentrations (cmc) of BQS - 14 is 0. 30 mmol · L^- 1, the surface tensions at eme (Tome) is 36.9 mN · m^-1. The BQS - 14 showed a synergic effect when blended with sodium dodecyl sulfonate at a mole rario of 1 : 2, the cmc and γcmc of the blended product is 0. 12 mmol· L^-1 and 31.0 mN · m^-1 respectively. Besides,the BQS- 14 product shows quite good foam stability.
