摘要
目的探讨对手术室患者应用人性化护理干预的效果。方法对我院2009年1月~2010年1月于手术室进行手术的患者56例采取人性化护理干预措施,并设立为干预组;另选取同期于手术室进行手术的患者只接受常规护理,并设立为对照组。比较两组患者的护理效果及护理满意度。结果与对照组比较,干预组的并发症发生率低,患者痛苦小,住院时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组的护理满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将人性化护理模式应用于手术室中,可以明显提高护理满意度,降低术后并发症的发生率,缩短住院时间,减少患者的疼痛,是一种行之有效的护理模式。
Objective To study patients with humanized the operating room nursing intervention effect. Methods All 56 patients taken to humane care and interventions, set up for the intervention group from January 2009 to January 2010 in the operating room for surgery; and the other selected the same period in the operating room for surgery patients receiving only routine care, and the establishment of the control group. Conclusion Humane care model used in the operating room, you can significantly improve the care and satisfaction, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, shorter hospital stay, reduced patient pain, is an effective model of care, clinical care should workers widely promoted and applied.
