摘要
目的探讨时间-空间关联成像(STIC)技术联合高分辨率血流显像(HDF)技术整体显示胎儿动静脉循环的可行性。方法联合应用STIC及HDF对20胎正常胎儿的动静脉循环系统进行扫查,并行任意角度旋转。结果在18胎得到满意结果,2胎因为孕妇及胎儿原因获取图像失败。对胎儿主动脉弓、降主动脉、腹腔干、肠系膜上动脉、脐静脉的显示率均为90.00%(18/20),髂动脉和脐动脉显示率为80.00%(16/20),静脉导管显示率为75.00%(15/20),下腔静脉显示率为50.00%(10/20)。2名医师的图像采集时间及后处理时间具有较好的一致性。结论 STIC联合HDF技术能够整体显示胎儿心脏及大血管的血流形态及各血管空间位置关系,对观察及理解正常胎儿血液循环有较大帮助,对今后进一步研究胎儿大血管先天变异、畸形等意义重大。
Objective To explore the feasibility to demonstrate the main blood vessels of the whole fetal circulation using spatio-temporal image correlation(STIC) combined with high definition flow(HDF).Methods STIC combined with HDF were utilized to display main blood vessels of 20 normal fetus,and the volume 3D images were rotated at angles that needed.Results Satisfactory images were obtained from 18 fetus,but failed in 2 fetus because of mother or fetus's motion.The demonstration rates of aortic arch,descending aorta,celiac trunk,superior mesenteric artery,umbilical vein were all 90.00%(18/20),of iliac artery and umbilical artery were 80.00%(16/20),of venous duct was 75.00%(15/20) and of inferior vena cava was 50.00%(10/20).The time of acquisition and post-process obtained from two different doctors had good concordance.Conclusion STIC combined with HDF can demonstrate the main blood vessels of the whole fetal circulation,and display the spatial relationship of the blood vessels.It is very helpful for observing and understanding the normal fetal circulation,and is of great significance in the further study for congenital variations and malformations of the fetal large vessels.
