下肢静脉曲张454例诊治总结 被引量：2

摘要 近年来,由于对下肢静脉疾病研究的不断深入,下肢慢性静脉功能不全（chronic venous insufficiency,CVI）以及慢性静脉疾病的临床、病因、解剖和病理的分类（clinical,etiologic,anatomic,pathophysiologic classification,CEAP）有了较大的改进,其中对下肢静脉曲张及其皮肤改变,按疾病发展程度作了临床分级（clinical class）,这对进一步认识下肢静脉曲张的发生、发展及其病理过程有很大的帮助。
