摘要
分析了参数化零件族方法的基本原理,介绍了利用Solid Edge进行二次开发的方法并阐述了在Solid Edge环境下开口销零件族模板的构建方法.使用Access软件构建了开口销零件族参数库,并使用Visual Basic语言实现了程序界面和功能模块,最终建立了开口销的参数化零件族系统.通过该系统可以快速得到所需要参数的开口销模型,从而提高设计效率.
Fundamental principle of parametric part family is analyzed, and secondary develop- ment of Solid Edge is introduced, while procedure of building split pin part family template under Solid Edge environment is introduced. Parameter database is built with Access, the application interface and functional module are realized with Visual Basic, and a part family system for split pins is established at last. With this system, a split pin with certain parameters can be built quickly and the design efficiency can be improved as well.
