摘要
通过室温抗弯强度、高温挠度、收缩率的测试以及SEM和XRD的分析,研究烧结温度对硅基陶瓷型芯性能的影响。性能测试表明:在1 180~1 400℃之间烧结,型芯收缩率随烧结温度升高不断增大;室温抗弯强度随烧结温度的提高呈先升后降的趋势,在1 300℃达到最大值34.83 MPa;高温挠度随烧结温度升高不断降低,在1 400℃挠度值基本为零。SEM和XRD分析表明:随烧结温度升高方石英含量增加,在1 350℃含量突增,这是造成型芯在超过1 300℃烧结时强度下降的原因。陶瓷型芯烧成后方石英的含量越多,高温抗蠕变性能越好,高温挠度值也就越小。
The effect of sintering temperature on flexural strength at room temperature,high temperature deflection and shrinkage rate of ceramic core was investigated.The results show that,when sintering temperature in the rang of 1 180~ 1 400 ℃,shrinkage rate of the ceramic core increases and flexural strength first increases and then decreases with increasing sintering temperature,the flexural strength reaches the maximum value of 34.83 MPa for sintering at 1 300 ℃.High temperature deflection decreases with increasing temperature and almost decreases to zero for sintering at 1 400 ℃.SEM and XRD analysis reveals that cristobalite content increases with increasing sintering temperature and increases abruptly at 1 350 ℃,which leads to the strength decrease when sintering temperature above 1 300 ℃.Creep resistance increases and high temperature deflection decreases with increasing cristobalite content after the ceramic core sintered.
