摘要
测试了蜂窝微孔改性涤纶的红外光谱、热失重、强伸度、回潮率及吸湿导湿、溶解等性能,并与Coolplus纤维和普通涤纶进行了对比分析。结果表明:蜂窝微孔改性涤纶的红外特征吸收谱带与普通涤纶基本相似;燃烧后残留物形状不同,主失重温度427.46℃,热失重率达到80.2477%;与Coolplus纤维和普通涤纶相比,溶解性相似,但更不耐碱;强度稍低,断裂伸长率介于两者之间;回潮率及吸湿导湿性能明显改善,质量比电阻较低,可纺性能较好。
The properties of Honeycomb micropore modification polyester fibers are investigated by infrared spectrum, TG, tensile tester and so on, and comparison is made with Coolplus fiber and ordinary polyester fiber. The results show that the characteristic absorption spectrum is basically similar with ordinary polyester, the main lost temperature is at 427.46 ℃, the lose weight rate is at 80.247 7 %, comparing with Coolplus fiber and ordinary polyester fiber, the solubility is similar, but alkali resistance is poor, strength is lower, elongation at break is between the Coolplus fiber and ordinary polyester fiber, moisture content and moisture absorption and transfer perfmvaance are obviously improved, lower mass specific resistance, spinning performance is good.
