摘要
为了研究气缸动态响应的影响因素,对气缸进行了合理简化,利用Gambit软件对计算域进行网格划分,再根据Fluent软件提供的计算方法和湍流模型,对活塞的动态响应进行数值模拟。结合UDF(用户自定义函数)和动网格技术,通过边界的变化和局部网格的重新划分,较好地解决了由于活塞运动所导致的计算域及其参数实时变化问题。探讨启动腔容积、启动压力入口直径、喷口直径、蓄能腔容积等参数对气缸动态响应特性的影响,为座椅坐垫倾角调节装置结构参数的优化提供参考。
In order to research the factors which affected dynamic response characteristics of pneumatic cylinder, the pneumatic cylinder was simplified reasonably. The calculation domain was meshed using Gambit software, and the dynamic response of the piston was simulated according to the calculation method and turbulence model offered by Fluent software. The calculation domain and its parameters were changed as the piston's movement. This problem was well solved through the boundary changing and local grid re-meshing combining of UDF (user-defined function) and dynamic mesh technology. The factors which affected the dynamic response characteristies of the pneumatic cylinder, such as starting cavity volume, starting pressure inlet diameter, nozzle diameter, storage container volume and so on, were discussed. It provides reference for the parameters optimization of the inclination adjustor of a seat cushion.
