摘要
本文通过对高职院校单独招生的发展现状以及存在的招生考试命题难、面试过程主观因素影响录取公平及考试成本高、单独招考试的宣传工作难、招生政策理解不对称、政策落实不到位等问题进行分析,提出了成立招考联盟,考评结合,以评为主的高职自主招生选拔模式以及进行具有针对性的招生政策、专业宣传策略,对稳定高职院校的生源,提高生源质量,促进职业教育持续稳定发展,都将产生积极作用。
On the independent recruitment in higher vocational colleges,this paper firstly analyzes the existing situation and the problems,including the difficulties in making examination papers,the subjective factors in the interview process which will influence the admission results,the higher examination cost,propaganda of independent recruitment,misunderstanding or not carrying out the recruitment policies,and so on,and then proposes the following countermeasures to solve the above problems,establishing a recruitment union,developing a recruitment mode which focuses on assessment,releasing pointed admissions policies,adopting professional publicized strategies,etc.All of these will play a positive role in independent recruitment of higher vocational colleges.
