摘要
电弧喷涂是重要的热喷涂技术之一,在表面修复和强化方面得到广泛的应用。采用超音速电弧喷涂先进铝青铜涂层制备进行试验。通过超音速电弧喷涂的正交试验,优化喷涂工艺参数。最佳工艺参数:喷涂电压为36V,压缩空气压力为0.8MPa,喷涂距离为100mm,喷涂电流为210A。影响涂层结合强度最大的因素是喷涂电压,此外,压缩空气压力和喷涂距离都对结合强度有很大的影响,而喷涂电流的影响几乎可以忽略不计。
Arc spraying is one of the priorities of thermal spraying technological development on the surface of repair and strengthen. Supersonic arc spraying systems are applied to spraying aluminum-bronze test. Through the orthogonal test of the supersonic arc spraying, spraying process can be optimized. Optimum parameters: spraying voltage of 36 V, compressed air pressure of 0.8 MPa, spraying distance of 100 mm, spraying current of 210 A. Coating with the greatest impact on the intensity factor is the spraying voltage, in addition, compressed air pressure and spray from the combined strength of all have great impact, the impact of current and spraying can almost be ignored.
