海带对异育银鲫生长性能、表观消化率、体成分及非特异性免疫的影响 被引量:8

Effect of Dietary Kelp Laminaria japonica on Growth Performance,Apparent Digestibility,Body Composition and Non-specific Immune Indices in Allogynogenetic Crucian Carp

摘要 选择平均体质量为(5.66±0.65)g的异育银鲫300尾随机分为5组,即对照、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组,分别投喂添加0%、1%、3%、5%、7%海带粉的饲料,每组设3个重复,饲养50 d,研究海带对异育银鲫生长性能、表观消化率、体成分及非特异免疫指标的影响。试验结果表明,异育银鲫质量增加率、特定质量增加率、干物质表观消化率和粗蛋白表观消化率均随海带粉添加量增大呈先升后降的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05),以1%添加组最高,而7%添加组最低。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组肝体比分别较对照组下降了13.07%、22.14%1、1.98%(P<0.05)。海带对鱼体粗蛋白影响显著,其中Ⅰ组粗蛋白比对照组增加了2.83%(P<0.05)。海带对异育银鲫肝胰脏谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和血清超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶无显著影响。添加1%海带粉对异育银鲫具有一定促生长作用,并可改善肌肉品质,而对其非特异性免疫无显著影响。 Three hundred allogynogenetic crucian carp juveniles with body weight(5.66±0.65) g were divided into five groups with triplication of each 20 fish,and fed the diets containing kelp Laminaria japonica meal of 0%(control group),1%(groupⅠ),3%(groupⅡ),5%(group Ⅲ),and 7%(groupⅣ) for 50 d.There were no significant differences in weight gain,specific growth rate(SGR),and apparent digestibility of dry matter and crude protein in the treatment groups,even though they were all at first increase and then decrease with the increase in the kelp addition.The maximal SGR was found in group Ⅰ,and the minimal in groupⅣ.The hepatosomatic index(HSI) was significantly decreased by 13.07% in groupⅠ,22.14% in groupⅡ and 11.98% in groupⅢ compared with the control group(P0.05).The crude protein was also effected remarkably by Laminaria japonica.The crude protein level was increased by 2.83% in groupⅠ(P0.05).There were no significant differences in activities of GOT,GPT,SOD,and AT in the hepatopancreas and the serum CAT and SOD activities in the treatment groups.It is concluded that addition of 1% kelp meal in feed improves the growth performance and the flesh quality,but not for the non-specific immune of the fish.
