摘要
总结分析了我国历史文化名城制度建立将近30年来所经历的主要问题,指出在历史文化街区的保护和整治过程中对名城的建设性破坏正转向保护性破坏,而就"真实性"保护原则的不同观点和落实方法是问题产生的根源之一。这一现象提示我们,在中国社会大转型的历史进程中,名城保护工作应立足中国城市的文脉,对西方舶来的概念开展独立的研究,探索历史文化名城保护的中国道路。
China’s National Historic City System has evolved for almost thirty years,during which period the historic quarters have come to be the foci of historic and cultural city conservation since the mid-1990s.At the beginning,many historic quarters were badly demolished under the large scale urban construction,which is called ＂the constructive destroy＂.However,in the past decade,more and more historic quarters have been destroyed by the devastating forces of misused conservation technology.The protection activities break the principles of ＂authenticity＂,which is called ＂the protective destroy＂.The paper examines the reasons,in the China’s urban context,for ＂the protective destroy＂ in terms of misunderstanding the values of historic and cultural cities.It is argued that the concept of authenticity ought to be rethought under the historicity of Chinese cities.To explore specifically China’s way to the effective conservation of historic and cultural cities is a strategic choice.
