中-俄原油管道 黑龙江穿越工程定向钻最优深度的确定

Optimal Cover Depth of the Directional Drilling for the China-Russia Crude Oil Pipeline Crossing Heilongjiang River

摘要 在中-俄原油管道黑龙江定向钻穿越工程中,合适的管道埋设深度关系到工程建设的安全顺利进行。在对前期工程地质勘察资料分析对比的基础上,通过地质背景研究分析构造背景特点,野外地质调查获得出露基岩节理发育结果,钻孔岩芯统计分析得到岩石节理特点和不良地质体发育结果,利用完整岩芯的室内试验获得岩石物理力学性质的结果,利用参数加权平均的综合分析方法,确定黑龙江定向钻的最优深度为38.0m。实际钻进表明,38.0m的管道埋深较好地避免了风化卸荷带、深部断层带等潜在不良地质问题的影响。该工程管道适宜埋深的评价可为类似采用定向钻施工的重大工程提供参考。 In the China-Russia crude oil pipeline crossing Heilongjiang River project,appropriate cover depth had a bearing on the smooth progress of the construction. Based on the analysis and comparison of geological survey data,the characteristics of tectonic background were analyzed. The development of the exposed bedrock joints was obtained through the field geological survey. The characteristics of rock joints and the development of ill geologic bodies were obtained by the statistical analysis of the drill core. The physical and mechanical properties of rocks were obtained by laboratory tests of the core. The appropriate cover depth of the pipeline was determined by means of the comprehensive analysis method of the weighted mean of parameters. The actual drilling showed that 38.0m cover depth avoided the effects of weathering burden zone,deep faulted zone and other potential unfavorable geological conditions. The evaluation of the appropriate cover depth could provide reference for major projects adopting the directional drilling technology.
