摘要
目的:为改进医院住院药房药品盘点工作提供参考。方法:依托"军卫一号"医院信息系统库存管理系统,从中提取数据并应用Access与Excel软件设计和建立药品盘点表,采用货位编号盘点法进行盘点。结果与结论:该方法减少了以往运用手工计算修正备用服务器数据的环节,避免了手工操作可能导致的误差,使盘点更加方便、快捷,在确保数据处理准确无误的前提下将每次盘点时间减少了近1.5h。
OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the improvement of drugs stocktaking in the inpatient pharmacy. METHODS： Based on ＂Army No. 1＂ inventory management system, the data were retrieved and adjusted using Access and Excel, and the drugs stocktaking table of the inpatient pharmacy was designed, and arrangement order of drugs was used to check the stock of drugs. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The established drug stocktaking method reduces the traditional process of handwork, avoids the probable mistake of handwork, and facilitates a more convenient and faster stocktaking. The time of drug stocktaking reduces by 1.5 h under the accurate data processing.
