摘要
通过对三种浆料特性曲线分析,结合正交实验方法,探讨了利用杨木BECMP配抄轻型纸的初步工艺。研究结果认为:在实验室不添加任何助剂条件下,抄造出的轻型纸的各项关键指标已经达到或超过国家标准。该实验对于新型高得率浆BECMP的推广利用和我国轻型纸的发展具有重要意义。
Through the specificity curve analysis of three pulp and processing methods combined with orthogonal tests,in order to discuss the feasibility of making light-weight printing paper using the new high-yield pulp BECMP (Bleached Extrusion Chemi-Mechanical Pulping). Under the laboratory conditions, without using any papermaking additives, the key indicators of light-weight printing paper has been able to meet or exceed the national standards, which can make sure that a new method of making light-weight printing paper come true. The experiment extends the promotion of the use of the new high-yield pulp BECMP and plays an important role of developing light-weight paper.
