摘要氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪是一种新型的血管紧张素Ⅱ受体（ATl型）拮抗剂和小剂量利尿剂组合的复方制剂，由于具有不同机制的双重阻断作用，从而具有强效的降压作用，且能逆转心室肥厚，降低心室壁的僵硬度，提高左室舒张期顺应性从而改善心室的舒张功能。
