摘要
目的建立维C银翘片(Wei C Yinqiao Pian,WCYQP)HPLC数字化定量指纹图谱,从整体角度监控中药化学物质含量的分布情况。方法采用RP-HPLC法,以对乙酰氨基酚(PAL)和连翘苷(FST)为双参照物峰,确定30个共有指纹峰,建立WCYQP-HPLC数字化定量指纹图谱。应用46个数字化参数评价WCYQP-HPLC指纹图谱,用系统指纹定量法鉴别12批次WCYQP的质量。结果考察全成分时,1批质量极好,7批质量很好,2批质量好,1批质量良好,1批质量为中;删除最大(PAL)峰时,1批质量一般、1批质量为中,4批次品,6批劣品。结论所建立的WCYQP-HPLC数字化定量指纹图谱可清晰反映WCYQP的质量变异。
Objective To establish digitized high performance liquid chromatography fingerprints to evaluate the constituent consistency of traditional Chinese medicine in Wei C Yinqiao Pian（WCYQP）.Methods High performance liquid chromatography was used to establish digitized high performance liquid chromatography fingerprints.A total of 30 co-possessing peaks were marked by choosing 4-acetamino phenol peak and forsythin peak as the dual referential peaks.A total of 46 digitized parameters were applied to evaluate the WCYQP-HPLC fingerprints and systematic qualified fingerprint method was used to identify the quality of 12 batches of WCYQPs.Results The quality of 1 batch was the best,that of 7 batches was very good,2 batches good,1 batch fine,and another 1 batch moderate when all the constituent distribution of WCYQP was analyzed.When deleting the PAL peak,only 1 batch was common,1 batch moderate,4 batches defective,and 6 batches inferior.Conclusion WCYQP digitized quantified HPLC fingerprints can clearly reflect the quality variation of WCYQP.
