残余聚合物对油田污水的结垢影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 主要采用碳酸钙沉积法和硬垢量测定法,考察了聚合物分子量和浓度对旅大(LD)10-1油田采出水结垢的影响规律。实验结果表明:温度对含聚污水体系的结垢状况有一定的影响,温度升高增强了溶液的结垢趋势。由于聚合物与乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA-2Na)之间的螯合竞争作用,随着聚合物浓度的增加,钙离子浓度总体呈增加趋势,硬垢量呈减少趋势。在含聚污水中,当向含有阻垢剂的采出水体系中加入不同浓度的聚合物时,聚合物分子与EDTA和有机磷酸阻垢剂BHF-04分子之间的螯合竞争和协同阻垢作用,使得结垢规律变得复杂。 Characteristics of polymer with respect of its molecular mass and concentration on scaling of oilfield produced wastewater was investigated using the methods of calcium carbonate deposition and hard scale test.The result showed the influence of temperature on scaling,i.e,the rising temperature tended to boost scaling of the wastewater.It was also showed that owing to the chelating-competitive ability of polymer and disodium EDTA,calcium concentration went up in general and hard-scale amount decreased when polymer concentration increased.It seemed that adding the polymer of different concentrations to the produced wastewater that contained some scale inhibitor made the scaling more complicated due to the chelating and collaborating inhibitive reaction between the polymer molecules and EDTA/BHF-04(organic phosphate inhibitor)molecules.
