摘要 胰岛移植后早期的缺血缺氧是导致大量胰岛死亡的主要原因,加快移植后早期的再血管化进程,尽早恢复胰岛血供,就能够改善胰岛移植的效率。血管内皮细胞是血管形成的核心,其增殖活性和数量决定再血管化的进程。局部高表达血管内皮细胞生长因子促进内皮细胞增殖,直接补充内皮细胞或内皮前体细胞,动员骨髓中的内皮前体细胞,都能加快胰岛移植后血管新生的进程,改善移植效果,对临床胰岛移植具有重要意义。 Ischemia and hypoxia are major causes of early stage apoptosis after islet transplantation.Islet survival is expected to be improved by accelerating the revascularization and reperfusion process.The core of blood vessel formation is vascular endothelial cells,whose proliferative activity and quantity determine the revascularization process.Current options for improving islet revascularization after transplantation includes:regional overexpression of VEGF,direct supplementation of endothelial cells or endothelial progenitor cells,or mobilization of bone marrow endothelial progenitor cells,which are of great significance for clinical islet transplantation.
