摘要
分析工程建设承包项目竞标的三种主要评标方法及其特点,提出三种评标方法的适用条件,以及提高各评价方法适用性的应对措施,结合实例论述采用综合评标法和全寿命费用评标法对评标结果的影响。
The paper analyzes the three main methods of bid evaluation as well as their characters and suit condition,puts forward some countermeasures for improving their applicability,discusses the different influences on the results between the comprehensive bid evaluation method and the life cycle bid evaluation method by a case.
