摘要
分析全液压履带式挖掘机清洁度对产品可靠性的影响,介绍了生产过程中影响液压系统清洁度的因素,从液压元件供应商控制,到装配过程工艺管理,在生产全过程中针对具体实际情况采取了相应的工艺改进措施,有效控制了液压系统的清洁度,提高了产品可靠性。
this paper analyses how the cleanness influence the reliability of hydraulic excavator,introduces the influence factors that the hydraulic system effect the performance the product during the production process,controls cleanness from hydraulic components suppliers to assembling process,Take measures to control cleanness of the hydraulic system effectively according to the detailed problems and improves the reliability of machine.
