摘要
针对日益严重的蓝藻水华现象,选取具有代表性的蓝藻作为研究对象。利用营养充足的水体对蓝藻进行培养,通过改变营养盐的加入量,得出磷元素影响蓝藻的生长情况,得到了保证蓝藻繁殖的最低磷元素加量。实验结果表明,能够维持蓝藻生长的最低磷加量为0.912 mg/L,1 mg磷元素能够产生30~35 mg的藻量。同时介绍了蓝藻发酵产沼气的可行性,发酵残渣中遗留的磷元素回用到蓝藻培养中,实现磷的循环。
To solve the problem of growing phenomenon of eutrophication, we select cyanobacteria as the study object. The algae is cultivated by using adequately nutritional water and we obtain the connection between the adding amount of phosphor elements and the algae growth. According to the resuits, the minimum amount of phosphorus added in maintaining cyanobacteria growth is 0. 912 mg/L, 1 mg phosphorus could produce 30 to 35 mg algae. Meanwhile, we introduce the feasibility of methane produced by cyanobacteria fermentation. And phosphorus left in residue could be used back in the algae cultivation to achieve the cycle.
