摘要
蒸发器上封头零件是一种由多个不同类型的结构体组合而成的零件,其大圆弧过渡面及内、外椭球面的加工是该零件的加工难点。解决了蒸发器椭圆上封头大型零件的加工方法问题。分析了零件结构、技术难点,提出符合蒸发器上封头大型零件加工工艺方案,进行零件参数化数控加工的工艺处理,介绍了加工工序内容。经过加工后壁厚检测分析表明,解决效果良好。
The head of a steam generator consists of several parts with different structures. Machining of a large circular arc surface and the inside and outside of the ellipsoid is a difficult task. This paper discusses the problem of manufacturing large parts in the steam generator oval head. By analyzing the part structure and technical difficulties, a manufacturing process and the main operation procedures are proposed, which include parametric control machining treatment. The process can give good results, confirmed by inspection on the manufactured thickness.
