摘要
屠宰废水是我国最大的有机污染源之一。我国屠宰行业每年排放废水量约20亿m3,占全国工业废水排放量的6%。以往屠宰废水排放标准执行GB8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》或GB13457-92《肉类加工工业水污染物排放标准》,需要检测废水中的化学需氧量、生物需氧量、氨氮、悬浮物、动植物油的含量。本研究针对辽宁省环境保护厅新出台的DB21/1627-2008《辽宁省污水综合排放标准》[1](以下简称"新标准"),结合国内外先进的屠宰废水处理工艺,通过对各工艺段进行试验,筛选出一种新的优化组合工艺。结果表明:采用机械格栅+羽水分离器+溶气气浮+DAT-IAT+曝气生物滤池的优化组合工艺后,屠宰废水的化学需氧量、生物需氧量、氨氮、悬浮物、动植物油的含量均达到了"新标准"的要求。
The slaughter waste water is one of the biggest organic pollution in our country. The slaughter industries expel wastewater about 2 billions cubic meters annually, which takes up 6% of the national industrial waste water around. The former standard of slaughter wastewater drain followed the GB8978-1996《The Standard of Collected Sewage Drain》 or 《The Standard of Sewage Drain in Meat Processing Industry》. And the traditional cleaning craft of slaughter wastewater did not meet the new standard of the GB13457-92《The Standard of Collected Sewage Drain of Liaoning Province》 enacted on August 1, 2008.This article mainly comprises content below: it excogitates a new assembled craft which aims at the《The Standard of Quantity of Silage Permitted to be Expelled in Liaoning Province (DB 21/1627-2008)》enacted by environmental department of Liaoning Province. The craft will reduce cost and be more adapt to given condition after being optimized and assembled. And it will make the water which has been cleaned satisfy the new standard above.
